Visit our hub calender to view available dates and times.
Select your preferred date and ensure the space is available for your event

Step 2: Submit a Booking Request

Complete our Online Booking Form with the following details:

Event Name
Date and Time
Number of Participants
Purpose of the Event
Any Special Requirements (e.g., equipment, seating arrangements)

Step 3: Review and Confirmation

Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and confirm the availability.

You will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days with the booking status and additional instructions

Step 4: Payment and Finalization

Upon confirmation, we will send you the payment details (if applicable).

Full payment must be completed at least 5 business days before the event to finalize the booking.
