We develop waste to wealth training and education that supports income pathways and builds sustainable communities.
Entrepreneurship Training
Many young people in Ghana want to work, earn, and build businesses, but practical training is often out of reach. Environment360 provides hands-on entrepreneurship training in green skills, waste-to-value production, and small business development.
Through our rolling scholarship fund, donors can sponsor trainees one at a time. Once 25 trainees are fully sponsored, we open the next training cohort at the Green Complex.

Green Skills Bootcamps
Environment360’s Green Skills Bootcamps are practical, hands-on training experiences designed for CSOs, development agencies, youth groups, and church groups that want to equip young people and women with income-generating green skills.
Hosted at the Environment360 Green Complex in Dodowa or delivered with partner organizations, the bootcamps introduce participants to waste-to-value production, circular product design, eco-packaging, plastic recycling, plant-based materials, and basic entrepreneurship skills.

Our tours and workshops introduce participants to practical waste-to-value activities, including plastic recycling, plant-to-paper making, eco-packaging, recycled crafts, and green entrepreneurship. Each visit can be adapted for early years, primary, secondary, university, community, or professional groups.
