Located in the rural community of Dodowa, the Circular Innovation Hub seeks to support transition from the carbon economy into a green economy by equipping women, youth and persons with disabilities with technical skills and capacity training to become green entrepreneurs.
Our unique model co-creates products and value chains with private sector partners, and then instills technical skills and capacity training to community members that help them transition into becoming green entrepreneurs.
Through our work, we seek to create sustainable communities that provide, decent economic and work conditions.
In the next five years, the Hub is striving to create 5,000 green jobs and offset 41,000 tons of CO2.
The Hub also serves as a community education space providing interactive educational opportunities for schools, churches and organizations to learn more about inclusive, circular frameworks that promote resilience and improved livelihood.
