Selasi Charway-Glover is a dynamic Programs Manager with Environment360, working at the forefront of plastic waste management, circular economy, and climate change initiatives on the Pick-It Project. Passionate about environmental sustainability, she specializes in designing impactful waste management systems for both rural and urban areas, collaborating closely with informal sector waste pickers. Selasi leads the implementation of projects that empower waste pickers and contribute to circular economy practices that support the mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions, and is pursuing a higher degree in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh. Her work highlights a cross-sectoral understanding of environmental sustainability, community development, and economic resilience. Beyond her professional role, she is actively involved in youth climate action, advocating for education and awareness on plastic waste issues. Her commitment to the cause reflects not only in her strategic oversight of projects, but also in her engagement with stakeholders at all levels, from local communities to private, and governmental bodies. Selasi Charway-Glover embodies the spirit of youth-driven climate action and contributing to a more sustainable future.
Operations
As the pioneer in community recycling. Envvironment360 owns and operates a variety of collection spaces in Accra and Kumasi. The organization works with local assemblies, traditional councils and communities to develop plastic collection programs that decrease landfilling, open burning and marine litter.
Rockson Dadson is a Ghanaian by nationality and a natural scientist. He holds a degree in BSc Natural Resources Management from the University of Energy and Natural Resources in Sunyani. He also holds a Diploma certificate in Young Emerging Entrepreneur, Diplomat and Politician from the Malta Leadership Institute in Malta. He is a member of Young Global Leaders Network Inc. based in UK. Rockson Dadson is trained in Geographic Information System (GIS) and Spatial Analysis and currently working on his first project in finding suitable land site for wastes disposal using GIS and Spatial Analysis in some environs in Cape Coast Municipality in Ghana. He is also currently serving as an administrative, communication and transportation/ Operations manager on Green Collar Plastic monitoring project in Ghana implemented by Environment360 Rockson Dadson is a social impact entrepreneur and passionate about causing a change in society.
