Supporting Sustainable, Resilient Cities Through Green Job Skills

Sponsor a Green Entrepreneur

Help a youth and women entrepreneurs access practical green skills training, entrepreneurship support, and hands-on waste-to-value learning at the Environment360 Green Complex.

Why Sponsorship Matters

Many young people and women in Ghana want to work, earn, and build small businesses, but practical training is often out of reach. Training costs, transport, materials, and lack of access to hands-on learning can prevent promising entrepreneurs from gaining the skills they need.

Environment360’s sponsorship model removes that barrier by allowing donors, companies, churches, diaspora supporters, and partners to fund trainees one at a time.

How It Works

1. You sponsor a trainee
Your contribution helps cover training, materials, facilitation, and practical learning support.

2. We build the next cohort
Once 25 trainees are fully sponsored, Environment360 opens the next entrepreneurship training cohort at the Green Complex.

3. Trainees learn, make, and prepare to earn
Participants receive hands-on training in green skills, waste-to-value production, circular product design, basic pricing, and small business development.
