Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  • You may return most products within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund if they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Custom items, perishable goods and clearance or heavily discounted products can only be returned if they arrive damaged, faulty or not as described.
  • If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact Environment360 within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos so a replacement or full refund can be arranged as quickly as possible.
  • Where the product is not faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping; if the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent, Environment360 will cover reasonable return costs or offer a free replacement.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned products have been received and quality checked; processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • To start a return, email the team using the contact details on the website with your name, order number and reason for return; you will receive step‑by‑step return instructions and, where possible, a low‑impact option that supports Environment360’s commitment to reducing waste.
