MANAGEMENT

PROGRAMS

Environment360 is dedicated to developing programs that are impactful and sustainable communities. We have a robust social and environmental policy that considers traditional knowledge and diverse perspectives. We work hand in hand with community members to understand their challenges and present practical solutions that have economic and environmental impact.

Selasi Charway-Glover is a dynamic Programs Manager with Environment360, working at the forefront of plastic waste management, circular economy, and climate change initiatives on the Pick-It Project.  Passionate about environmental sustainability, she specializes in designing impactful waste management systems for both rural and urban areas, collaborating closely with informal sector waste pickers. Selasi leads the implementation of projects that empower waste pickers and contribute to circular economy practices that support the mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions, and is pursuing a higher degree in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh. Her work highlights a cross-sectoral understanding of environmental sustainability, community development, and economic resilience. Beyond her professional role, she is actively involved in youth climate action, advocating for education and awareness on plastic waste issues. Her commitment to the cause reflects not only in her strategic oversight of projects, but also in her engagement with stakeholders at all levels, from local communities to private, and governmental bodies. Selasi Charway-Glover embodies the spirit of youth-driven climate action and contributing to a more sustainable future.
